First of all, this post was scheduled to be posted this morning, but for some reason it didn’t. So, I apologize to all of those looking for this information, and are just now getting it.

This whole thing with serializing book to of The Intruders was an experiment, and one that has been going very well. However, I just have one more thing I am going to test. Since I don’t have hundreds of readers a week, waiting for the next installment, I’m moving release day. Episode Seven will be released this Friday, the  22nd. This is to try and see if I could increase coverage, and see how things go sells wise, since it’s the beginning of the weekend.

If you’re mad, pissed off, and hate me for moving the release day three days to try and benefit not only myself, but other authors: sorry I’m not sorry.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know I wrote that whole blog post yesterday explaining my new serial plan. In that post, I mentioned that season 1 (The Intruders) was going to run weekly through April, and then in May season 2 (The Enemy) was going to start.

Well, I changed my mind.

I had a eureka moment this morning. I’ve been thinking it over in my head, and I’ve finally decided that I’m going to do it. I am releasing season 1 in its entirety right now. Hopefully, with some free promotions, that’ll raise some buzz for it.

 So what about Season Two?

Well, I’m glad you asked. Season Two will begin next Tuesday, the 12th!!! That’s right everybody! You can enjoy episode six (episode 1 of season 2) starting in one week! Then, every Tuesday for the next five weeks, you can get yourself a new episode! The episodes will range from 10,000 to 15,000 words, and will be priced at .99 cents.

But I don’t want to read it week-to-week! I want to read it all at once!

Well then, you’re in luck! At the end of the five weeks, I’ll be releasing a combo set that has all five episodes of the season in one book! That way for those of you who want to read it in book form all at once, you’ll have the opportunity to! Everybody wins! You’ll just have to wait until April to read it.

Hello? You guys still there?

The latter half of 2012 was busy, crazy, and hectic. Both in very good, and in very bad ways. However, is 2013! Time for a new year. A new start. I know I’m a little late, but YOLO, right? (Note: If I ever say that again, shoot me.)

Time to announce what’s been cooking in the studio.

I know what you’re thinking. “What is this? The Visitors? Season One? Episode One? Waaaaa??????”

It basically boils down to this: The Intruders is being republished as a serial, ie. The Runners. The Intruders is being split into five parts, and released as “episodes”, with each episode releasing every week. Episode one is coming out tomorrow, and the season is concluding in five weeks.

But Logan, I’ve already read The Intruders.

If you’ve already done that, than you don’t have to read season one.

NOTHING IS CHANGING!

The story is staying exactly the same. The only thing that will be different, is that the books will have better editing. I might add or remove a sentence or two, just so everything might make more sense. But I repeat: THE STORY IS STAYING ABSOLUTELY THE SAME!!!!!!!

What about The Enemy?

The Enemy will be known as “Season Two” of The Visitors. It will be released around May, with an episode coming out every week.

But I don’t want to have to wait a week to read each part. I want to read the entire book at once!

Well then, you’re in luck! After each season is finished, the next week I’ll be releasing all of the episodes in one book, so you can read the entire thing uninterrupted! Basically, one season = one book.

So! That’s the big announcement. To recap:

• The Intruders is being re-released in serial format, under the name “The Visitors.
• One season = one book.
• THE STORY IS STAYING THE SAME!
• The Enemy, or, Season Two, is coming out in May. 
• It will have less grammatical errors.

I’m very excited to see how this all works out. Also, each episode will be free the weekend it’s released. If you’ve left a review for The Intruders, I ask that you leave a review for The Visitors episode one, and/or for the Season One box set.

What do you guys think? Personally, I love this cover so much! The light represents the Grimms chasing them, and the scene on the cover is the scene towards the end of the book where the Grimms are chasing them through the woods.

On to the next one!

I really LOVE this one too! The cover of The Enemy isn’t really a scene, really, it’s more of a place. What place? Well, that’s for me to know, and for you to find out!
